Today we are sharing few SOPs and tips to run Riser Windking Smart Air Coolers hassle free. 1.If you wish to start any cooler after lockdown for the first time, please do not start the fan immediately, please ensure that the there is no scaling on the parts mainly on the tub, pump, solenoid valve, sensor and drain pump. Please ensure that the main motor is not jammed. 2.Run the coolers in exhaust mode for 15 minutes, to avoid spreading of dust in the plant room. 3.Add mild disinfectant in the water in cooler (This will also sanitize your factory partially). 4.Due to night curfew, if your factory is not working at night, to avoid foul smell and scaling, before closing the machines at the end of the shift, please drain entire water from the coolers using DRAIN option. Only after the entire water is drained, the machines shall be switched off.
